Thanks for filling out our RMA form. As long as the part(s) can be returned in the clean, original packaging with all components and no damage, you will receive your refund.
Please note: Be sure to package the seat up safely as it was delivered. These seats can be easily damaged in transit.
Also, if there is any damage to the seat upon arrival at our facility, it will be rejected and the refund will not be processed.
